International Starters Restaurant With Rooms

International Starters restaurant started in Edinburgh in 2000 and expanded to Aviemore in 2008, including 14 bedrooms with the new property, known as International Starters Restaurant and Rooms.

Our menu is an exciting and original concept, concentrating on starters from around the world. The menu is split into 4 sections: Mediterranean, Asian, The Americas, and of course Scotland. We also offer sides, platters and deserts.

The idea is to pick between 2-3 dishes individually and then share with the rest of your party. The menu works with any number of people from 1 to large parties. The dishes arrive at your table gradually, allowing you to eat at your own pace and rest whenever necessary.

We pride ourselves on putting our own unique spin on classic starters, some of which have been gathered from family and friends who have travelled the globe, others from old Coyle family ingredients.

They are all home-cooked and produced in our working kitchens using our own recipes.
