Hi, I am Annette and I have spent the last 35 years working in Education, Management, and Industrial Organisations working with people at all levels from the shop floor to the boardroom. I have developed educators, managers, team leaders, and the main members of staff. The one thing that they all have in common is that they can suffer from a lack of confidence, low self-esteem, lack of assertiveness, stress, and anxiety, burnout. Even though the people I work with are highly qualified and talented, there can be these issues and doubts that creep in and undermine us. Inner solutions Ltd was set up to provide a safe place for people to work through these issues. Using a mixture of person-centered coaching, training, Hypnotherapy, NLP, I will help you cope with stress and anxiety, build your confidence and self-esteem, develop your professional skills, and remove those barriers and blocks that are in the way of your success.
