Introduction
Our approach to wellness is personalized and holistic, treating and nurturing mind, body, and spirit for our clients from age three through the senior years. Our practice model integrates the evidence-based Western medical model with time-honored integrative practices that have been implemented for centuries, including meditation. Our collaborative team of practitioners includes: psychiatric nurse practitioners, counselors with EMDR, Yoga for Mental Health, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy certification as well as counselors who incorporate Pet Assisted Therapy and Telehealth in treatment.
