Having worked as a Campus Rep in college at the University of Wisconsin for College Tours and later Mazatlan Express. After college, Chad worked for USA Student Travel the Student Express before beginning Inertia Tours at a small office incubation center with his best friend Rich Saunders and current Operations Director Ryan Tervo.
