Introduction
Indian Brook Trout Farm raises Rainbow Trout from egg to plate. Pumpkins ranging from 2-200 pounds, 12 varities, thousands of pounds raised each year. Tourism, both aquaculture and agriculture are a big part of our business. School tours, bus tours, corporate tours are also accommodated. The farm sits on 120acres plus. We have free wagon rides, a petting zoo, gift shop and restaurant where broasted rainbow trout is served each Friday evening. Seasonal business opening for Fish Fry mid-April, all other activities are in September and October.
