preparing, pricing and securing construction projects throughout the UK.



We work with:
Sub-contractors covering all trades (sub contract package pricing includes groundwork, masonry, joinery, roofing, plastering / partitions, floor finishes, tiling, painting & decorating. All of our works stem from 1st principals of preparing bills and pricing considers each labour, plant, material element of each measured resource)

Main contractors offering a complete building/construction estimating service. (Preparing complete bills of quantities for each trade, pricing as required, this includes sub contract enquiry and material management. All of our bills consider each labour, plant, material element of each measured resource). We are able to pick up individual packages of work to assist existing estimating teams working on live tenders; we recognise deadlines are always stringent and as such we aim to work well within the time scales offered to us. Whenever we work under your organisation name it is our mission to represent you to the highest standard.

Architects / Quantity Surveyor practices: Feasibility reports; procurement advice, We will deliver advice which is suited to the needs of our client. We will aim to work on each scheme delivering confidence throughout. We understand the importance of the main factors within our industry; time, cost and quality. On each project the requirements of the client will carefully considered. Working with the clients design team we will agree the best way forward delivering the correct contractual method for each project.

Tender documentation packages: we have the experience and ability to produce the main tender documentation which will form part of the contract documentation, once your project is live. Financial control; when a project is live, it is vital that all of the costs are monitored and controlled in an effective way from the beginning. We feel that by having a clear procedure in place that is suited to the nature of each project enables our clients to make informed and precise decisions regarding the project by ensuring the maximum amount of information is provided to them.
