Introduction
Inbody Academy is the only School solely for Yoga and Mindfulness. We offer Yoga Teacher Training and Mindfulness Training. Yoga therapy, massage therapy as well as public classes for all levels are available. We specialize in working with the individual and teaching foundations as well as to beginning students. Inbody provides the highest quality of training in the form of certifications, workshops, with experienced teachers from around the world. Inbody has offered both trainings and support to the community through our non-profit program for over 15 years. With over 1000 students graduated and teaching and working in health fields, Inbody has won multiple awards, recognized as the Best Yoga Teacher Training Program in Utah!
