Imm Aim Thai Restaurant

I used to order frequent take aways when this was known as Dusit Thai.
In November 2011, I ordered a takeaway and paid by card, on checking my bank statement, they had taken the payment twice. 'Kay' allegedly the owner, acknowledged this mistake on 30th November. Despite numerous promises at different times to either i) put the refund through my letterbox/refund it in to my account (I supplied bank details) as of 5th Jan 2012...still no refund and they are not taking my calls. Lovely friendly lady who used to deliver the food under Dusit Thai has been replaced, and quality of food declined. I am now using Hi Bangkok on Kingston Road in South Wimbledon, much better!
