Introduction
In April of 2000, the town of Fishkill and upstate New York were introduced to Il Barilotto. An Italian trattoria and wine bar that transports you to that Manhattan style feeling. It's eclectic menu travels not only through the regions of Italy but gains influence from France and Spain.
Reservations are accepted for parties of five or more only. For all other parties, it is a first come first serve basis. Il Barilotto offers a full service bar to relax at over a glass of wine (recently awarded by Hudson Valley Magazine "Best Wine By the Glass Restaurant") or one of our specialty cocktails. Dress code at Il Barilotto is casual - chic. No hats are permitted in the dining room. We accept all major credit cards.
We are open for both lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.
Il Barilotto's moderne Italian menu created by owner Eduardo Lauria and Executive Chef Wayne Homsi is a rooted reflection of many regions of Italy with a modern day twist.
