Introduction
Iggy’s sober Living is a private community helping residents reintegrate back into society, re-establishing healthy relationships with family, employers and schools. Our teams’ goal is to provide our residents with support through individual counselling, group counselling, relapse prevention planning, anger management, 12 step philosophy and life skills. Our goal is also to ensure that our residents achieve their short and long-term goals through acquiring the right tools to ensure abstinence from all mind-altering substances.
