Ideal Spanish Property

I have been working in the Spanish property industry for over a decade now, and in that time I have seen the high and low points of the Spanish property market first hand, and have learned a few things along the way as well, both as a property professional and as somebody who has invested in Spanish property myself. I have a particular interest in studying the Spanish property market to analyse how the financial crisis has effected property prices and demand. I find the causes of the crash in property prices of interest, and I like to take an educated guess at how the market will respond in the coming years. I believe that there are great property opportunities in Spain for people with money to invest, especially when compared with paltry returns offered by bank saving accounts at the moment. I also think that purchasers will look back at this period as having being a time to get great value for money out of their investment. One particular quote that I think sums up the situation right now is from Warren Buffett, who says; "We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful."
