In November 2011, iberico ham producer Geminiano celebrate 100 years in business. Since I have memories, my family has always devoted themselves to the Iberian products just like authentic artisans. I remember their work would start with the selection of the pig in its natural environment. The traditional touch was set up in Guijuelo, where magic would burst in an endless number of odors and tastes during the processes of salting and curing of the ham. My family is my passion. For this reason I keep on dealing with this art. Always thinking of them so as not to lose any of the aromas I still have in my memories. In doing so, I continue to be faithful and true, always honouring their names.
