Introduction
Click Employees. Click the employee's name. Click Edit in the Pay section. Click Edit next to Pay Method. Select Direct Deposit from the Pay method drop down arrow. Enter the account type, bank routing number and account number. Click Save. Note: Routing numbers beginning with '5' cannot be used for direct deposit.
Select Direct Deposit button. In the Direct Deposit window, select Use Direct Deposit for [employee's name]. Select whether to deposit the paycheck into one or two accounts. Enter the employee's financial institution information
