In the heart of the Italian Alps, Sauze d'Oulx is situated in the Valle di Susa, only an hour from Turin and half an hour from the French Border.
The Gran Baita Hotel is situated 70 metres from the village centre and just 300 metres from the ski lifts, in a peaceful and sunny location with panoramic views.
The Gran Baita has 32 rooms on four floors offering a selection of single, double, triple or quad rooms and family suites (consisting of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom).
All bedrooms are comfortably furnished with en-suite facilities (some with a jacuzzi bath), hairdryer, safe, direct-line telephone and television (with satellite channels). Many are spacious, have a balcony and mountain view. All rooms are non-smoking and most rooms have WiFi access.
We accept pets in the hotel rooms.
The elegant hotel restaurant offers a vast selection of traditional homemade Italian cuisine.
The large, cosy, fully-licensed lounge bar is in traditional, rustic, mountain style and boasts an open fire, wide-screen television and many family games. In the bar area take advantage of the WiFi access.
In the hotel, cyclists and motorcyclists are very welcome. For safety we have a mountain bike shed in the garden, and motorcyclists have the possibility of parking in the garage. For the most affectionate mountain bikers, there is also the possibility of keeping the bike in your hotel room with you.
We have a small covered area where you can take care of bike maintenance, as well as a water pump-spray for cleaning purposes.
