We prepare detailed quotations for main contractors, general builders and sub-contractors, together with contractor’s proposals to provide clarity for your client about what is included for within your tender submission.

Each item is measured in accordance with NRM2 (New Rules of Measurement) and priced using the latest construction cost data obtained from recent projects and the Building Cost Information Service of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

We can also produce priced Bills of Quantities and Elemental Cost Plans from drawings and specifications for developers and private clients, or initial cost appraisals where there is limited design information available.

Horner Construction are highly competitive and offer lump sum fee proposals before we undertake assignments. We can provide references upon request and examples of previous assignments undertaken.
