Introduction
All our fees are inclusive of travel and local biological records where required (Required for Extended Phase 1 Ecological Surveys). We try to keep our fees as low as possible so you can meet your project goals. We do this without compromising on quality to meet the needs of protected species legislation and local planning policy.
Property developers are required by law to consider the impact of their developments on the surrounding environment. Ecological factors such as wildlife and vegetation must all be carefully assessed using a professional surveyor. We are a team of Ecologists based in Kent that specialises in Bat Surveys and Ecological Consultancy."
