Hog roast

When done right, the traditional hog roast adds and incredible element to your party menu that will thrill your guests. But, do it poorly and it can be a real disaster of under or over cooked pig that no one is going to enjoy. Choose the wrong caterer and even if they do roast it well it could still leave you embarrassed. There are few things worse than not having enough of a delicious pig and many caterers simply don't know how to right-size the hog for the event.
