Introduction
My passion is renovating old buildings which started in 1998 with my own 1930′s property. It was a major project which involved; rewiring, plumbing, plastering, lighting, bathroom & kitchen installation and a lot of painting and decorating! There is very little in property maintenance that I won’t tackle and I am as happy doing smaller jobs as I am larger ones.
What can I offer you?
I am registered with Elecsa (Governing body) which allows me to certificate all electrical installations I complete. This qualification enables me to test and extend your existing electrical system or complete a partial or complete re-wire as necessary.
Work recently carried out : Bathroom fitting including electric shower, extractor fans, lighting, decking repairs, pond pump installation, tiling, fencing, furniture assembly, painting & decorating, kitchen installations, fuse boxes, kitchen sockets, electric cookers and custom carpentry plus more – JUST ASK!
