Introduction
Highland Hills Funeral Home & Crematory opened in 2013 with the clear goal of serving members of the community from all walks of life: race, culture, religion, and socio-economic status. As a result, each family who choose the funeral home will feel valued and heard. You can expect to plan a service that is personalized to the deceased. The staff has over 100 years of combined experience so that they can offer you unsurpassed service. The affordable funeral home has a design that is unlike any other funeral home with an open-air floorplan. They also provide the lowest cost of direct cremations in Nashville.
Highland Hills Funeral Home & Crematory specializes in African American funerals. You may choose a full-service funeral with a series of events scheduled throughout a couple of days. Start with a visitation where the family has a chance to say goodbye to the deceased; open-casket optional. The funeral service follows at the facility or a church of your choice. A graveside ceremony can be intimate and emotional as you watch your loved one lowered into the ground. And a reception service will end the festivities so that you can eat, visit, and share memories with all in attendance. Cremation with a memorial ceremony is a way to provide a gathering service to all of your family and friends after cremation. And direct cremation is the most affordable option and a dignified way to lay your loved one to rest without planning an extensive event.
Life celebrations can go hand-in-hand with cremation or burial and it is more casual and lighthearted. Choose which event you would like and do not forget to include veteran services or military honors. The funeral planning team can make all the arrangements you desire.
Highland Hills Funeral Home & Crematory offers services to Nashville, Whites Creek, Bordeaux, Antioch, and Bellevue. Browse through permanent memorialization products, including urns, caskets, vaults, and treasured keepsakes. In addition, special arrangements can set your event apart like a butterfly release, tribute videos, dove release, and other options.
