Introduction
What we do.
HVC provides the best option for on-site mixing of concrete. Our volumetric mixer allows you to have concrete when you need it, mixed on site, and you only have to pay for what you use.
What are Volumetric Concrete Mixers?
The raw materials are stored in separate compartments that are mixed into fresh concrete on the job site. This provides ultimate efficiency and flexibility. Volumetric mixers eliminate waste because you are able to mix the exact amount needed and the unmixed product can be used at the next job site. This feature gives you the ability to make multiple stops without reloading. Volumetric mixers enable the unit operator to have ultimate control of the mix, allowing them to provide the freshest, highest quality concrete available.
How Does It Work?
With a volumetric lorry, the customer only pays for the amount of concrete dispensed from the computer controlled, calibrated mixer. Simply call our free phone number or one of our local telephone numbers.
Whatever your project either a path, extension, garage or shed; simply tell us the size of the area you need to fill with concrete. This is the length x width x depth. When the volumetric concrete mixer arrives on the day of delivery the driver will prepare the truck for mixing the required strength and workability of the concrete required.
The VCM will count how much concrete has been mixed. The driver will give you a print off of your order.
Advantages of Volumetric Mixers
• Fresh Concrete
• Better Quality
• Ability to Customize Mix on Site
• Concrete is mixed as needed
• Customer only pays for what they use
• No Waste
• Environment Friendly
Covering the Highlands of Scotland including Alness, Tain, Invergordon, Dornoch, Golspie, Inverness, Elgin, Nairn, Dingwall, Muir of Ord, Conon, Maryburgh
