I locked myself out of a condo and figured my afternoon was gone. After I called highgate security & locksmith they were onsite in about 15 minutes and had the door opened in another 5 minutes. Super fast professional and polite. Great service!

I had a Land Rover Key that needed to be cut and Highgate security & locksmith was awesome. First, they let me vent to them how the Land Rover dealership screwed everything up and then they contacted the dealership, faxed the paper work and cut the key. I have two new keys, no thanks to Land Rover but all the thanks in the world to Highgate security & locksmith. You guys Rock!!!

I live in NYC and wanted a padlock keyed to my house keys. I shopped around and local prices seemed high. I e-mail Highgate security & locksmith was quickly taken care for a great price. The lead time was 2-3 days. I placed the order today and as of now the service was perfect and professional. I will update this review when I receive my lock.

Outstanding customer service. Absolutely better than the competition! The technician went the extra mile figuring out crazy issues with a metal door that slams! Ten points! So I called them back to rekey my house & then again he went the extra mile. I asked if he could make 2 other doors no work with keys anymore & he did! He did not want to charge me either said it was part of his service. Wait, it gets better. I mentioned my clinic door again & he offered to take pictures & see what could be done. His boss is the expert & he was sure he could figure it out! I gotta find more doors to rekey! Well worth the quality & service.

The guy from highgate security & locksmith was fantastic and very speedy and efficient in getting me a spare car key made! I am so thankful and grateful. This company is great and has saved me so much money in getting a car key replacement. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any issues with any keys.

I locked myself out couple times. And every time I have to call highgate security & locksmith to rescue me. They suggested me to get a digital lock instead of standard lock, so I don't need carry any key with me, only need the password to unlock the door. After couple of months, I decided to install the digital lock. I am so happy I changed it!!! Now I don't need to worry about misplace my key or forget to lock the door (once the door is closed, it will automatically lock it). Their technician was very nice and patient, and taught me how to use it. Best services and fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Great affordable service and fast response time on the job. We had a problem with our door's lock and the locksmith from Highgate security & locksmith came by and changed it for us. He even offered to check if there was a possibility of just repairing the old lock and saving us some money, but it was an old lock and we wanted it replaced anyway. He stayed a bit longer to fix an issue with the door not closing properly. Glad we found this place.

Highgate security & locksmith is the best locksmith company in the whole world. I'm out of town and had my friend take care of my cat. It turns out that the key didn't work and my cat was nearly about to starve for a week. I called five places panicked to see if they could pick the lock or make a key and their locksmith was the only one who answered. He was able to make a key and open the lock for my friend. I could swear he has magic powers. Thanks to him my kitty is still alive and well!! They charge an affordable price too. Worth every single penny. I really appreciate the service!!!
