Heritage Lane Behavioral Assisted Living is a single story 57 private suites assisted living community that specializes in assisting its residents with behavioral issues related to specific diagnosis. Our community is resident specific and highly individualized to ensure the program of the community is adapted to each resident and their needs to ensure the best possible outcomes. A successful outcome is one that gives each resident new tools and successes that build upon each other encouraging higher functioning, socialization, and best quality of life. The foundation of our program is built upon a model of positive reinforcement. The behavior plan, goals and objectives for each resident are established by the resident them self, responsible party, and any other individual who may be requested by the resident or responsible party. The benefit to the team approach guarantees buy-in and support from all parties and encourages a perfect open line of communication throughout residency. Behavioral plans, goals and objectives are evaluated every 3 months to ensure the success of the resident is always front and center is modified per the needs of the resident. This gives promise to each resident and offers the best possible chance of the highest level of function and life quality.
