CNC Turning
With the use of 4 Doosan CNC Lathes and Nakamura WT150 fixed with head turning cell that has the advantage to machine components up to 12 inches in diameter. Geared with powered tooling to allow one-hit operation with the use of twin spindle machines for guaranteed geometric relationships.

5 Axis Milling
Deemed as one of the world’s fastest machines, 5-axis Mikron Machines can surface aluminium at a speed of 36000 rpm and can also move at a speed of 90m per minute.

SlidingHead Turning
With years of expertise in this field and 10 Citizen slidinghead lathes and latest Citizen A32 model, the outcome for a certain product can be for almost any industry.

CNC Milling
With over 20 Haas VF2-SS Vertical CNC machines that are geared up with Kurt Double lock vices and 4th axis trunions which can produce professional quality components. The result is usually intricate in Aluminium which is then anodised for customer’s specification.
