Helen Lesser Curative Hypnotherapy

Helen works exclusively in one-to-one consultations, firstly to understand the issue/condition for which you are seeking treatment and then to work with you to identify, then correct, the cause of the problem.

Curative Hypnotherapy (LCH) is a safe, gentle and enjoyable process which aims to correct whatever is at the root of the problem, dealing not just with when and how you are suffering, but why.

Helen Lesser is one of the UK’s longest established hypnotherapists, having been in full time practice providing Curative Hypnotherapy since 1982, gaining many accreditations and much experience across those decades and keeping up to date with the latest advances, theories and practices. Her current practice is in Yardley Wood, in the south of Birmingham, near to Solihull.

Helen also has been involved in the design, creation and delivery of training modules for over 20 years; from practical courses for ‘complete beginners’ to workshops and advanced coaching for established hypnotherapy practitioners and is a registered Supervisor. In addition, she has written many hundreds of guidance and tuition articles for fellow LCH practitioners.

These courses are validated by the major hypnotherapy bodies in the UK:
- The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council
- The National Hypnotherapy Society
- The Hypnotherapy Association
- The UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations.

Helen Lesser is:-
- a Full Member of the Hypnotherapy Association (HA)
- an Accredited Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (HS)
- registered with the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
- a Licensed Lesserian Curative Hypnotherapist (LCH)
- a certified tutor of LCH and Curative Hypnotherapy;
- a registered Supervisor with the National Hypnotherapy Society;

Appointments are available between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday.
