Introduction
I use only pure natural ingredients to give that burst of flavour to my mallows, so they produce the delicate/soft colourings. My silky smooth marshmallows contain little or no colourings, preservatives, artificial flavourings, wheat, gluten or nuts, depending on what flavour you choose. I make my mallows in small batches, freshly for each of my orders and markets/events, and are also available to order online or via email. My blossoming business is based in West London, UK.
