Health Aide CDPAP is a New York Department of Health Contracted provider of the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program. CDPAP is a Medicaid funded program available to Medicaid eligible individuals who require Home Care services in New York State. Health Aide CDPAP gives patients the freedom to choose their own Caregiver, including family and friends. We offer great Caregiver pay rates, weekly payroll, wage parity compliance, vacation pay/PTO, Free Medicaid Assistance, and much more.
