Alasdair Melville is the Managing Director of Hawk & Chadwick, with more than 10 years experience across the entire property industry. He grew up in the Hertfordshire village of Harpenden, attending two of the most prestigious schools in Hertfordshire: Beechwood Park Preparatory School and St Albans School for Boys. As an Agent he holds the ARLA & NAEA qualifications, having trained young professionals in both these subject areas with his PTLLS qualification. Alasdair holds masses of experience in not only sales and lettings, but has also dabbled in commercial property and regularly attends The St Albans and Hertfordshire Architectural and Archaeological Society lectures. Not only this, but he hosts St Albans Property Network and was a runner up for the Community Champion Mayor’s Pride Award in St Albans in 2015 – no other Agent comes close to having Alasdair’s range of experience, professionalism or drive.

In his spare time Alasdair enjoys a range of outdoor activities including hiking, walking and cycling, playing guitar and has a passion for architecture and photography.

Dom Thomas looks after our IT and systems, keeping everything running as smoothly as possible for day to day usage. He ensures our website, emails and telecommunications systems are kept up to date along with any administration needed to coding on all of our platforms and back office systems. He has expertise in computer programming, creating better tools for the office staff, whilst also training them in basic usage of more complex programs.

In his spare time, Dom is a freelance games journalist running his own YouTube channel, is passionate about music and is a real ale, whisky and coffee enthusiast.

Leia Pearce is the Marketing & Business Development Director of Hawk & Chadwick. With extensive experience in Managerial positions for high level customer service retail stores and event marketing as her background, she is currently working towards her ARLA qualification for lettings during her free time. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table from different industries, giving her the knowledge and expertise to think outside the box and create some of the wonderful designs you see across the board.

In her spare time she helps small businesses with their brand design and enjoys networking, creative writing, reading and hiking.

Tony Boyle is our freelance photographer, creating our amazing property photography including our standard pictures and panoramas. With his exemplary knowledge about key lighting, lenses and perfect angles and by using the very best hardware and software on the photography market, each and every photograph taken is of the highest quality possible. He has a passion for photography, using his skills not only in the property industry but also for portraits, weddings and other private clients. Though, photography isn’t his only skill. He also helps with IT, working with Dom to keep everything running smoothly.

In his spare time he enjoys rollerskating, photographing model portfolios, snowboarding and teaches guitar.
