Introduction
Haus Hiltl reflects the true meaning of the word Gasthaus: an establishment in which the various needs of the customer are paramount. Our staff understands hospitality – they make customers feel more like guests. For over 100 years, Haus Hiltl has been a place to enjoy and to savour. Here, people are at the centre of things, whether staff member or guest, young or old. All our meals are prepared in a large kitchen which is visible from the restaurant. There are more than 30 chefs and assistants working with freshly delivered basic ingredients from which dishes are composed. Haus Hiltl is still Europe’s oldest vegetarian restaurant - and now it is also the most youthful!
