Harpers Certificates 4 Letting

CALLING ALL LANDLORDS, AGENCIES AND BUSINESS OWNERS!

If we asked you whether or not you have ensured all your portable electrical devices have been deemed safe for use, would you be able to provide evidence?

At Harpers Certificates 4 Letting, our PAT Testing service will ensure that you have conformed to the PAT testing regulations that have been set in place. These tests are set in place to help ensure that all portable applications within your property are safe for your tenants. It is also necessary to help you avoid any violations.

Our PAT testing service involves three separate sections:

1. A visual inspection
2. An earth continuity test
3. An insulation test

These three sections are designed to help thoroughly inspect all portable electrical appliances throughout your property.
If you are unsure of whether or not you have an up-to-date certificate, feel free to get in contact with us today.
