We understand that Alzheimer's and dementia can be challenging for both clients and their families, which is why we offer specialized care for clients with these conditions. Happy at Home caregivers are trained to provide safe and effective care, while also providing meaningful engagement and stimulation. Waltham home health care prevention services are designed to help our clients reduce their risk of falls and maintain their independence. We work closely with our clients and their families to identify potential fall hazards in the home and develop a plan to minimize those risks. Our stroke care services are designed to help clients recover from a stroke and regain their independence. We work closely with our clients and their families to develop a plan of care that meets their unique needs and helps them achieve their rehabilitation goals. We understand that mobility can be a challenge for older adults, which is why we offer mobility assistance as part of our home care packages.
