Handcrafted Barbershop

Housed in a century-old building near the corner of Grand and Ogden in the Noble Square / West Town neighborhood, Handcrafted Barbershop opened in the winter of two thousand fourteen. Starting with an open space, long hours and late nights went into the planning and build-out of the shop. From the color of the walls to the honed slate counter top.. the flat files to hold our tools, to the handmade eagle crests at each station.. forethought and attention were paid to every detail.

We have five of Chicago's best barbers available by appointment only so you don't have to wait. Arrive early to find parking and have a beer, coffee, or coke before your appointment. There's free parking on the south side of Hubbard and metered spots on Grand, east of the shop. If you're taking the train, we're a ten-minute walk west from the Grand Avenue Blue Line station. We are a cash-only shop, with a North Community Bank / ATM on the northwest side of the Grand Ogden intersection.
