Owner and Chef Daniel Yoon has been in the restaurant business since 1971. Since then he has owned and operated several restaurants including Hana Japan Steak & Seafood in Dublin and Berkeley Marina, which have wowed guests and celebrities. The Berkeley Marina location which opened on July 19, 2006 promises to bring this unforgettable teppanyaki dining experience to a new set of eclectic diners, carrying on Hana Japan's proud tradition of gracious hospitality.
