Introduction
Owners Sandra & Danny Jimminson were trained at the Savoy Hotel in London and after gaining further experience working in Switzerland, France and other high profile London restaurants, decided to settle close to where Danny grew up on the border of Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire.
We pride ourselves in sourcing some of the finest local ingredients. Everything is made in house and We bake a selection of breads daily. We change the menu every four to six weeks to bring you the best the seasons have to offer.
