The products I purchased from Hallmark have turned out okay in the end but only after facing
months of bungling and stupidity from a variety of Hallmark Billiards staff, from the very top and on down.
I have to suggest consumers consider purchasing their game-room equipment from some other source until this enterprise
acquires some corporate intelligence and regains its focus on customer service.
