Dr. Jonas Kuehne
Staff Consultant
Jonas Kuehne, M.D. graduated UCLA School of Medicine in 2003 and has done his postgraduate training at UCLA as well as in Germany. He practices preventive/integrative medicine with a focus on cryotherapy. Dr. Kuehne is the medical director and founder of Cryohealthcare, Inc., where his patient base includes chronic pain, sports injuries, addiction, and systemic inflammatory disorders.
Dr. Ronaye Calvert Conley
Founder & Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Ronaye Calvert Conley is the Director and Co-Founder of H.I.T. Los Angeles. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University in Los Angeles in 2007. Ronaye has extensive experience working in the addiction and recovery field and the LGBT community. She has a deep understanding of how personal issues may serve to motivate or hinder an individual and has the ability to attend to each of her unique clients with sensitivity and insight. While working in residential treatment settings, Ronaye has directed Dual-Diagnosis treatment and led others to a deeper understanding of working with individuals who demonstrate a history of emotional and/or sexual trauma in her role as Trauma Specialist.
Matthew Conley, M.S.
Director of Operations & Life Coach
Matthew Conley, M.S. is Director of Operations and a Life Coach with H.I.T. He has significant experience working with both individuals and groups in a wide variety of settings including dual-diagnosis, residential treatment facilities, inpatient hospitals, university campuses and community clinics. While serving the dually-diagnosed population, Matt led a team of clinicians and staff in providing excellent client care in his role as Program Coordinator in a residential treatment setting.

Trevis Smith, C.A.T.C.
Founder & Case Management Coordinator
Trevis Smith, C.A.T.C., is the Co-Founder and Case Management Coordinator of the Holistic Integration Team. He has worked variously as a detox counselor, case manager and sober companion since entering the field of addiction treatment in 2006. Trevis is particularly adept at coordinating care for both addiction and co- occurring disorders.
