Handicap Conversions Inc has been in business in Kansas City, MO. since 1980. We convert or modify vehicles for people with physical challenges. We sell new and used lowered floor mini-van conversions that allow a person using a wheelchair to enter the van and ride as a passenger in their wheelchair or drive the van from their wheelchair. We also install wheelchair lifts in full size vans to allow access to the vehicle while seated in a wheelchair or lifts the allow you to load an empty wheelchair in the back of your vehicle so you can take it with you. We install hand control driving devices that allow a person to control the accelerator and brake of a vehicle by hand. We can also convert a vehicle so you can drive it with a joy stick just like a power wheelchair.
