Guy L. Bibbs, DDS

Aries has six years’ experience as an orthodontic assistant and during these years, she has gained and developed a unique set of orthodontic assistant skills. As a youth, she had orthodontic treatment that has given her great insight and a better understanding of Parkside Orthodontic Care’s patient needs. She has learned and observed so many exciting things in her role at Parkside Othodontic Care, but the most rewarding – the beautiful oral transformation in patient smiles from adolescence to adulthood. It’s a family affair! Aries also speaks fluent Spanish, "Como le puede ayudar?" which has allowed her to effectively communicate with our patients. She enjoys staying active and loves Chicago summers... beach season!!

Dr. Dillard believes that “Creating magnificent smiles is not only his jo, but it is also his passion.” After completing dental school and orthodontic training at Howard University in 2010 and 2012, he returned to his hometown, Chicago, to practice. “When you visit Parkside Orthodontic Care, it is my goal to make you feel welcome and give you the smile of your dreams.” Our team is simply the best! Being aware of the latest technology in orthodontics and staying active in the dental community has always been a priority for Dr. Dillard. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Illinois Society of Orthodontists, Midwestern Society of Orthodontist, American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society. In his spare time, he enjoys discovering all of the treasures that Chicago has to offer with his beautiful wife, Jazmine, and dog Xavier.

Guillermo has over five years’ experience working as an orthodontic assistant. He enjoys working with patients and their families. Guillermo’s true satisfaction is observing the transformation from start to completion of treatment. He expresses this as being a truly rewarding experience! “I have to say it is what I love most about working in orthodontics!” Guillermo works diligently to make our patients’ experience the best at Parkside Orthodontic Care. As a father of two, he enjoys spending time with his family, whether it is out exploring the many Chicago attractions or simply spending quality time at home. There is nothing better than making memories last a lifetime.

Dr. Bibbs brings you exceptional credentials and over 30 years of clinical experience. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois. He is also an active member of some of the most respected organizations in his field, including the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society. What’s more, Dr. Bibbs’ dental assistants have completed specialized training in orthodontics, and some of them are long-tenured at his practice.

Melissa’s role as a treatment/financial coordinator allows her to greet each patient by name, answer any questions they may have and keep the day-to-day office operations running smoothly. She is the first person a patient sees when he or she walks through our door. When it comes to patients, Melissa is an extremely talented patient educator and very passionate about helping people understand the importance of their oral health. She has a bachelor’s degree from Park University, a certification in Dental Assisting as well as continuing education courses in the dental field. Melissa enjoys running, spending time with family and her two dogs.

Having worked in dentistry for more than five years as a practice administrator and marketing director, Ms. Roxxy brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and creativity to the practice. As Parkside Orthodontic Care’s marketing/office manager, you may not always see her, but she is behind the scenes ensuring continuity in the practice, addressing patient and vendor concerns and developing the overall vision that Dr. Bibbs shares. Ms. Roxxy also develops marketing materials for Parkside via online and print materials. She believes strongly in patient education and the necessary connection in staff development. Therefore, staff training to enhance their skills is encouraged via in-service, workshops and seminars. Ms. Roxxy continues to develop a series of online shared resources for the dental community as Parkside Orthodontic Care enters their new management phase – embracing and fostering the connection between general dentist, patient and orthodontist. All while helping build a unique identity for Parkside Orthodontic Care and ensuring that Parkside Orthodontic Care continues to be memorable and recognizable in all positive aspects!
In alignment with the creative and artistic feel of Parkside Orthodontic Care, Ms. Roxxy holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College with her master’s pending. Ms. Roxxy enjoys cooking and family gatherings and is the proud parent of a smart and beautiful daughter who attends college.
