How it began Hi, my name is Alvin Koay and I run an SEO company in Malaysia called Growth.pro I have been an entrepreneur all my life and I can truly relate to businesses that find it hard to scale up. The year was 1998 and the internet population was just only 200 million. It was then that I started my first eCommerce company, selling original video CDs globally and it was also the year Google was founded. The online business made me some money but the fairy tale did not last long as the MPAA shut our website down for “parallel importing†to the USA, when the rights of the video CDs was only for Asia.
