The restored masonry exterior on the first floor will welcome vibrant retail surrounded by the warm brick and rustic beams. Within Seattle’s newest downtown condominiums above, Pioneer Square-based designer Jennie Gruss layered light, texture, and color to create a contemporary, neutral backdrop to the historic building surround and the urban energy outside.
