Gray Water Ops is a 100% veteran owned and operated business. One partner is a 14 year veteran from the 193d Special Operations Wing where he was assigned to the Security Forces Squadron, the Communications Flight and the NorthEast Counterdrug Training Center. The other partner is a 26 year veteran who started as an enlisted airman and now risen to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is also a current A-10 pilot with numerous combat missions flown.

Bill Zutell
CEO
LTC Bill “Zuter†Zutell, has served over 26 years in the military and just returned from Bagram, Afghanistan from his 12th Combat Tour to the Middle East.
Keith Hanshaw
COO
Keith "Coinman" Hanshaw served with the 193d SOW for 14 years. During his time with the unit, he was a weapons instructor, security police officer AGR and assigned to the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center tech. services division. Keith is the chief graphic designer for all of the coins designed by Gray Water Ops. Keith has been designing coins since 1995.
