Grand Peaks Medical is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center that offers comprehensive medical care for the entire family. Services include Family Medicine, Obstetrics, Lab, X-ray, Immunizations, and an in-house Pharmacy. We are able to offer sliding scale discounts to those who qualify, based on household size and income.
