Gracie Barra Shellharbour offers a precise Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program for all levels, whether you are a beginner or experienced martial artist. Even though we are located in Albion Park Rail, our students come from everywhere in the South Coast of NSW, such as Wollongong, Shell Cove, Kiama, Gerringong, Geroa, Berry and many others. We provide a safe, friendly, family oriented environment and maintain the integrity of the techniques that were developed by the Gracie family. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs are open to men, women and kids from 3yo. All Gracie Barra schools are supervised by a certified instructor, who supports students and helps each one achieve their full potential in martial arts. Students also enjoy access to over 700 Gracie Barra schools worldwide, 32 of which in Australia.
