Introduction
Goldwood Homes has been building finely crafted Lower Mainland homes for satisfied clients since 1986. During this time, owner Paul Fedusiak has established Goldwood's reputation for client satisfaction and quality workmanship. Known as a creative master builder, Paul’s collaboration with numerous Vancouver architects has produced homes that push design boundaries rather than simply "following the plan". Goldwood's ongoing relationship with skilled tradespeople ensures clients are satisfied with the quality and workmanship they receive. At Goldwood, our knowledge of the design and building process enables us to guide you in all phases of building your luxury home: from property location and purchase through to interior planning and design, permits, budgeting and construction. Goldwood Homes is a general contractor specialized in building custom homes, residential construction and renovation and commercial construction.
