Gold Leaf Designs LLC is a small boutique builder that custom designs and builds homes in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia area. As our name indicates, we place a strong emphasis on the design of the house.
Our experience covers the range of both urban and suburban designs. Our designs are carefully thought through and laid out to materialize a spatial concept that is both practical and meaningful. Material selections are woven into the project to complement an overall concept. In other words, we do not build a house to simply follow other builds that are currently on the market but rather to create a house that stands alone as a great home.

Design
Unique Homes
We are hands on when it comes to our architectural plans. We have a viewpoint in mind that is carefully incorporated into the design of each home. Each home is truly different and can stand on its own.
Intentionality
Each home built or renovated is carefully designed with every square foot of space in mind. Decisions are made in inches and not in feet.
Use of Space
In urban designs, space is a precious commodity. Each square foot counts. We also have incorporated that mindset into our suburban homes as well. All space is carefully designed for efficiency and maximum use.
Outdoor Living
Outdoor space is not treated as an afterthought but rather as part of the living space of the home. Bedroom balconies are common design features in our homes. (Use picture of back yard at 1500 Prospect Ridge)

We take into consideration the feel of the community and make design decisions that allows the home to conform to the neighborhood.
Quality & Transparency
We at Gold Leaf Designs will not compromise on quality when it comes to construction. We are striving to partner with the best sub-contractors on the market, constantly vetting new and proven specialists in the industry to complete a team that stands by its craftsmanship.
To keep ourselves accountable to our commitment to quality and to take steps in providing more transparency to our customers, we provide third party inspections reports prior to closing the walls on all of our new construction homes. We want to make sure that we have not missed anything or have not cut corners in areas where things are unseen.
Custom Homes
We help design and build custom homes for clients. We can assist from the very beginning of the process from property assessment to the material selection. We also have a network of partners that can assist in financing the entire project to assist in interior designs.
Material Selection
For truly custom homes that are built for customers, whether built to suit or for pre-sold homes, we can provide as much or as little guidance for material selection that is needed for the customer. We also have partnerships with designers that would be made available.
For homes that are completed and on the market for sale, you will notice that our design point of view comes from an urban influence which includes an open concept with a slightly modern take and with clean lines and no “frillsâ€.
