Our Commercial Real Estate Finance Division focuses in the assignment of commercial mortgages over $1 million for office, retail, industrial, multi-family apartment buildings, and specialty properties. Global lending is concentrated on loans greater than $5 million to more than $500 million for large portfolio deals secured by general purpose income properties and urban development projects. We organize equity involvement, construction loans, refinance loans, acquisition loans, and permanent financing for both owner-occupied and investment properties nationwide. Several of our corresponding investors seek opportunities to invest in real estate equities directly through acquisitions, fee developments, joint venture development, and pre-purchases.
