Introduction
Gettysburg Eddie's is a tribute to Gettysburg's own native son and baseball hall of famer, Edward Stewart Plank (1875-1926), aka: Gettysburg Eddie. Eddie Plank played for the Philadelphia Athletics from 1901-1914 under the direction of the well-known baseball manager, Connie Mack. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1946. Gettysburg Eddie's offers a wide variety of foods for every taste from appetizers and sandwiches to a full dinner menu. We offer homemade desserts, a full service bar in addition to our Little Leaguer's menu for our 12 year old and younger guests. Our features include homemade soups, "Lead Off Hits" (appetizers), Burgers, Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, Salad Sensations, Wraps, Grand Slam and Homerun Sandwiches. Dinners included Fajitas, Chicken, Seafood and Pasta Dinners in addition to our house speciality hand cut daily New York Strip and Filet Mignon Dinners.
