We are a professional services and technology firm providing relevant response procedures within a real-time cloud-based platform to help you Get Ready, respond effectively, and recover quickly to incidents that may have a negative impact on your organization.
As professional first responders and healthcare workers, we have responded to many emergencies over the years. It became clear that most organizations did not have an emergency plan beyond calling 911 – which is not an emergency plan!
In 2010, we formed our company, and assembled a team of professionals from Healthcare, Police, Fire, EMS, Critical Management and Communications, IT, and software development to help our clients Get Ready.
Our unique role-based Job Action Sheets separate policy from procedure to create easy to follow, relevant and actionable checklists for all levels of staff, and provide senior management real-time situational awareness.
We have partnered with the National Research Council of Canada to further develop our process-mapping platform and help take our leading innovative technology to market in Canada and internationally. Additionally, we have partnered with FedDev, Spark Ryerson DMZ Innovation Hub, and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
