Gentle Family Dentistry

Christina has been with Gentle Family Dentistry since entering into the dental field in 2012. She enjoys helping people to improve their overall health, by improving their oral health. Christina especially enjoys seeing our patient’s happy and healthy smiles after their cleanings! Making sure that she does her utmost to make dental cleanings as relaxing as possible, Christina helps to alleviate patient fears by sharing that she has dental phobias and understands how to calm patients through their anxiety.

When Christina isn’t working she is usually out playing with her puppy Gibson or is exercising at the gym while she listens to music.

Crystal prides herself on providing quality care and comfort to all of her patients.

Crystal, a mother of two, enjoys playing music with her children, along with gardening and crafting.

Deborah has been in the dental field since 1989 and has worked at Gentle Family Dentistry since 2016. She enjoys her job, especially educating the patients as to how they can best meet their highest level of oral health. Deborah also explores the available financial options with patients in order to find the best way to reach their dental goals.

When she is not in the office, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, especially the time she spends with her grandson. Gardening, boating, and riding her quad are also favored activities.

I was raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and immediately after graduating dental school I worked as an Associate Dentist in Sarver, Pennsylvania. In 1990, I left the private sector to become a Dental Officer in the United States Air Force during the Desert Shield-Desert Storm period of 1990-1993. I was stationed at both George AFB near Victorville, California and Travis AFB in Fairfield, California.

After separating from the service in 1993, I was employed at a number of various dental offices in California as an Associate Dentist. It was during this time period that I learned a great deal about what worked in private dental practices, and what did not. When I started my own practice, I took with me the best ways to care for my patients and how to best meet all of their dental needs.

Kayla has been with Gentle Family Dentistry since 2018 and has worked in the dental field since 2008. Kayla loves getting to know her patients on a first name basis. She states that keeping everyone happy and comfortable is her number one goal. Kayla says, “working at Dr. Garger’s office is not a job, it’s more than that. My coworkers are my family and I love it.” She enjoys laughing and joking with her patients in order to keep them comfortable while in her care.

When Kayla is not working, she enjoys hunting, camping, cleaning, barbequing, and going to the beach with her family and friends. She is a happily married mother of three.

Kendel enjoys the business component of dentistry, including accommodating patient schedules and resolving patient’s insurance and/or financial issues. She wants to make sure each patient feels at home while also marketing the wonderful aspects of Gentle Family Dentistry. Kendel believes that her clinical training has been an asset to better understanding the patient’s treatment needs. Kendel has worked for Dr. Garger since 2014, but she has been involved in the dental industry since 1999.

In her off time, Kendel enjoys decorating her home, dirt biking with her family, swimming, and taking little trips to the beach. The one thing she loves the most is enjoying a dinner with her children (with no cellphones) to see how their days went. “Family means the world to me!” – Kendel.

Samira has been with Gentle Family Dentistry since 2004, is fluent in Spanish and English, and enjoys getting to know each of her patients. She especially enjoys meeting new patients and helping them with their dental needs. Samira believes that providing a service where she is helping people has afforded her the most rewarding feelings of satisfaction. She has worked continuously in the dental field since 1999.

In her free time, Samira likes to go to dinner and the movies with her husband and children, and adores spending special time with her grandson. Samira also enjoys her quiet time, reading a good book and sipping tea.
