Our Taunton, Wellington and Bridgwater lettings and estate agency is located on Bridge Street, in the centre of Taunton and close to all transport links.

The office opened Seven years ago, and we are proud of the growth we have achieved since opening. Although we have property to let all across the county of Somerset, the main areas we cover include; Taunton, Wellington and Bridgwater, and all villages and rural areas across the County.  

We work closely with all our neighbouring letting agencies in Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Yeovil, Weymouth and Truro. And we can advise on Buying or Selling property, traditionally, we are letting agents and focus on Property Lettings and Property Management and more recently have moved into SALES – which means we deliver a high level of service. 

We go one step further than many of our competitors and offer our landlords property investment, hints and tips. We also believe in finding the right tenants for the property as quickly as possible. We fully reference ALL Tenants over the age of 18, using external resources, all tenants must be proven as acceptable BEFORE we propose them to our Landlords for tenancy. 

Our level of service is proven by the amount of referrals we receive from both Tenants and Landlords alike. We welcome applications from a broad range of prospective tenants, Corporate tenants, students, sharers and families.
