Introduction
Craft beer and the micro brewing industry are moving ahead in leaps and bounds. The inaugural Great Australian Beer Festival - Geelong will showcase over 100 craft beers and ciders in a friendly, relaxed festival atmosphere.
The event will be held at the Geelong Racecourse, a location with fantastic amenities, access and all weather functionality. The event will run from 11am to 7pm with over 20 brewers showcasing their products. The event will be family friendly, provide live entertainment and feature gourmet food and a handful of wine suppliers.
Seminars will be held throughout the day with brewers sharing their secrets and guest speakers covering topics including cooking with beer, beer and food pairings and even home brewing. Come and taste what the Geelong region and brewers from further afield have to offer!
